About the Project
The Food Hall was conceived as one of the key components of the new mixed-use development at the former Merkurijus site in Kaunas. Inspired by successful international Food Hall concepts, the project aimed to create a destination combining diverse food and beverage experiences with a vibrant social atmosphere. The development focused on market research, business modelling, operational planning and spatial design, translating global best practices into a concept tailored to the local market. Architectural and interior design concepts were developed in collaboration with Kitchen Rules, Kančo Studija architects and YES Design team, ensuring a seamless integration of commercial, operational and design considerations.
