About the Project
This independently developed concept explored the creation of a large-scale outdoor family destination inspired by the CurioCity “Play to Learn” model. Designed as a miniature city for children, the concept combined educational experiences, active recreation, themed attractions and immersive role-play environments within a single destination. The proposal addressed visitor engagement, revenue diversification, seasonality challenges and long-term growth opportunities, positioning the project as a potential family tourism destination for the Baltic region.
