Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for the commercial and operational performance of Europa Shopping Centre. Key responsibilities include leasing coordination, tenant relationship management, operational optimisation, budget management, and close collaboration with leasing, marketing, technical and fund management teams. The role also covered the transition from Newsec to direct management by Baltic Horizon Capital, ensuring operational continuity while maintaining consistent commercial operations throughout the transition.
