About the Project
The Exhibition & Events Centre was conceived as one of the key components of the new mixed-use development at the former Merkurijus site in Kaunas. Unlike a traditional exhibition venue, the concept focused on hosting travelling hands-on exhibitions complemented by conferences, business events, presentations and cultural activities. The objective was to create a flexible, year-round destination supported by multiple revenue streams and a dynamic programme of changing experiences. The project progressed through concept development, investment planning, space zoning and detailed design, in close collaboration with project stakeholders, Kančo Studija and Plazma architects.
